Had a phone call setup to perform initial screening. Was told about the brand, the culture, the fit. Was asked if I had any questions. I asked about the team and the role within. I asked about mobility and so on.

Asked standard set of behavioral questions. Next, asked for my comfort level with Excel and PPT. Was given a few formulas problems, explained their purpose and how they are used to solve the problems.
