Role initially advertised through an agency. CV submitted, and then 2 stage interview process. 1st stage informal, meeting with CEO and having general discussion around background, experience, career aims etc. 2nd stage involved analysis activity and subsequent presentation, followed by further general questions. Activity gave a good indicator of the type of work someone would be undertaking.
