Interview process was overall great -- recruiter was really cool and responsive, 3 interviews (1 with AD, 2 with MDs). The interviews were more conversational but I did bake in some STAR stories about my experience while I was giving my spiel. I was given an offer quickly, 1 day after the 3rd interview.

Standard round robin with Director, Managing Director, and a Manager. The process was professional and scheduling wasn't difficult with the virtual interviews. There was good feedback on overall performance during the interviews. Overall a positive experience as expected with a consulting firm.
