2. First meeting with a Manager/Team Lead (Informational Breakfast/Lunch)
3. Power Day (8 hours long: Company Overview, Multiple Group Discussions, Lunch with 3 current employees, Question/Answer Sessions, Presentation (your choice of topic)
4. Quick Response on Hiring Decision.
Extensive process that requires multiple stages, although very effective. Progressive methods and thoughtfulness was included in their process. Will recommend for any begineer, intermediate or experienced proffessional. Practise will help a lot

brief and concise. one interview with recruiter, one with manager and one panel interview with engineer on the team for 45 minutes.
Talked about my resume and college experiences. talked about senior design project from undergrad school.

Why Rivian? Technical questions from my presentation.
Not complex. HR screening followed by a series of one on one interviews. Nothing too technical. Hr screening covered the basics, salary, team. Rivian salary and total compensation was well below competition.
