It was a 3 round interview
1. First round was the initial phone screening. Questions about my background, projects and few additional common topics were covered.
2. Technical round was mostly focused on the latest technologies you know and and your experience related questions
3. On site interview had a panel of 5 officials from the organization. it was both Technical and Hr round.

1st was hr screening - then had a 30-minute manager call discussing job role and technical screening- There was panel interview with 4 people for 2-3 hours and after a week offer was sent.

It was a (5) panel interview. One individual was on zoom. (5) total interviewers at one time. Each asking individual questions that aligned with their role in the organization. The interview was around 45 minutes. The interview team stayed together for an additional 30 minutes for consensus afterwards.

How would you work to resolve an immediate quality concern.
Phone screening followed by hiring manager interview, then a panel interview with 4 different people. The process took about 4 weeks. The whole process was smooth and good followup from the recuireter.
