Phone screen with recruiter. Technical skills test followed by hiring manager and panel interviews. There was a lack of transparency and communication during the entire process. Don't expect a courtesy follow up even if you invest time and effort to prepare.

Recruiter never showed up or followed up after setting up an interview for several weeks. Easy STAR based behavioral situations but lack of active communication from the recruiter really put me off.

Recruiter interview followed up by manager interview. Presentation to panel. Then individual interviews with each member followed up by a final interview with the director. Good processed though very time consuming.
