Phone call from internal recruiter. We discussed my qualifications. He said he would pass my information on to the hiring manager. GHOSTED after that. I followed up about a week later. The recruiter got back to me and said he would follow up with the HM again. GHOSTED a 2nd time. Finally, last ditch effort, one more follow up. NOTHING! Not even the obligatory "Thank your for interviewing. We've filled this position.....blah, blah, blah." I can understand not getting back to everyone that interviews but at least check the box that the position is filled to sent the autoresponder email. C'mon? Very unprofessional.
