First interview was via Zoom. The Senior Recruiter was very pleasant to speak with and extremely knowledgable about RIvian, and the position. The recruiter did not ask your standard interview questions. Instead, he found relatable ways to ask questions in more of a conversation form. Very pleasant interview!
