I was contacted by Rivian for an intro call. A few days following the call I was told the position had already been filled and there would not be a chance for an interview with the hiring manager. From what I am told Rivian’s hiring process takes 3-4 weeks from screening to offer, so a candidate was already at the offer stage by the time I was contacted. The experience was a bit confusing from the candidate side and generally disorganized in terms of hiring process. Otherwise the recruiter was very friendly and quick to reply!
