1- Had a call with the recruiter to discuss the JD and what team is the best fit for me. 2- Applied to the full stack roll and got the interview schduled. However I got an email after a day thanking me for applying and said was not intrested. Note: I havn't had a chance to interview yet. 3- I called the recruiter again and asked why I was rejected before interviewer, he didnt know what to say then told me to apply again. Looks there's some kind of mix up 4- I did the coding interview with a staff engineer, I was able to pass all the test cases. The interviwer was happy and asked more about how I could have differently approached the problem. We discussed the time/space complexity and doing hashmap After the interview was over, I waited a week and no answers from the recruiter. I had sent a follow up email regarding the outcome. I just wanna know should I move on? No answers at all I waited another day then called him. He was caught offguard when I mentioned my name to him then claimed he has more than 70 applicant. Immediatly raised a red falg. He didnt tell me that when he first approached me. I am not sure what's going here, are they really hiring ? I feel like they waisted my time and not sure what they excpect other then passing all the test cases in a one hour algorithm question
