My interview with Ariana was awesome. Ariana was extremely friendly, easy going, and made the interview feel much more like a great conversation than a formal interview. She was clear on explaining the role and answering any questions I had. As a screening interview, I was surprised at the detail and complexity of some of the questions asked. While typical screening interviews are general, the questions were very role specific and hit on all points of the Job Description. By no means bad, but challenging relative to other first round interviews I've taken in the past. Overall I really enjoyed the conversation and shared a few laughs along the way!
