Initial recruiter call, followed by a manager interview. Received a call back because i believe they felt i was over qualified. Had a conversation reassuring my interest in the position and rivian. Said theyd get back to me in a day or two. Weeks later, no response to emails or calls and the position is no longer listed. Whole process was 1.5 months all to end with being completely ghosted. Extremely unprofessional. Do right by your candidates and give them updates whether or not they get the position or not. Why leave them hanging. Recruitment seems to be an issue across the entire company from what ive seen.
