An email from HR about a month after I applied for the position to schedule a phone call. 30 Minute call with that person was scheduled and had a great conversation. They really believe in and care about their company which is great. Chatted for about 45 mins and they gave the next steps. Got an email the next day saying they were not moving forward with me…I replied asking for feedback or how I could improve and got no response. Really wish they would provide some feedback as to why they chose not to move forward with me - the rejection was a little out of left field considering we had such a great conversation about the position. Oh well!
