Phone interview was about 20–30 minutes with around 10 questions. The recruiter was polite and asked mainly about my clinical/work experience, any pediatric experience, and my skills. It was pretty straightforward.

Doesn't seem like the school district and the company is all on the same page, the whole process seems kind of confusing and unorganized. It didn't give me a lot of hope for the future of what was to come with full time employment.
