There was some urgency in filling in the vacancy, so I was told the process took less than usual.

Very standard questions, nothing too difficult. Past experience (with examples related to promotions), why I would like to move to the new position, how would I fit to the company. Very standard questions. final interview with a case study and presentation of possible promotions.
