Es waren je ein Vertreter der Personal- und Fachabteilung anwesend. Das Gespräch fand in angenehmer Atmosphäre statt. Die Fragen der Personalabteilung beschränkten sich auf die klassischen Fragen (Stärken, Schwächen, kurze Zusammenfassung des Lebenslaufes, Pläne für die Zukunft, ...). Der Fachabteilung ging es stärker um technische und physikalische Aspekte, allerdings blieben die Fragen recht oberflächlich, sodass nie das Gefühl einer Prüfungssituation entstand. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmes Gespräch.

Comfortable & relaxed process with a 2 member panel. Questions were based on domain knowledge and previous test experience. Both theoretical and practical exposure were assessed with real job activities.

There were 2 round: technical screening, technical managerial round.
In second round they asked HR questions(CTC discussion), I politely refused. Hence They rejected me.
They scheduled interview multiple time but panel didn’t came , last min cancellation.
