There were 3 interviews in total which followed the Aptitude test. The first interview was a technical round where we were bombarded with a lot of finance related technical question. The next round was a personal interview with the Lead Manager in India. Basic personal questions were asked. The final interview was with the Head of Corporate Finance, India and was also a personal interview. The personal interviews were breezy and the managers were friendly. The technical interview comprised of a lot of technical questions and was a little hard.

There where 2 stages for the recruitment process. The first stage was an altitude plus technical exam which was of medium level. The second stage was the technical interview which was not that heavy, it was more of a discussion than interview. Most of the questions were from the project
