On spot interview with one manager and one team lead, Both asked questions and evaluate based on the answer. There were at most 5-7 technical questions, The role was aligned towards devops engineer so the questions were alligned towards them

Sehr unkompliziert bei einem Kaffee in der Kantine. Bewerbungsprozess war aber dadurch auch einfacher, da ich bereits davor bei Bosch gearbeitet habe. Zuerst hat sich mein Chef vorgestellt, dann ich mich kurz und er hat mir die Abteilung vorgestellt was dort gemacht wird.

Habe das Bewerbungsgespräch mit ausschließlich einem Werkstudenten geführt. War bisschen perplex, als dann der Werkstudent angefangen hat, mir fachliche fragen zu Stellen. Habe auch den eigentlichen Chef nie zu Gesicht bekommen.
Muss sagen, dieses Maß an Unprofessionalität fand ich schon bezeichnend.
