Departments are not organised and no clear tasks definition. Everybody is doing different tasks in the same team and work at various projects. The manager are mostly sitting in meetings and drink coffee. Alone the waste of salary for these coffee meetings is hugh. As an intern, you doesn´t get a job. For them you are a helping force which is send to different "projects" each day.
