I applied on Linkedin. I was contacted for an interview online - HR and my direct boss. The interview lasted an hour. We covered the role itself which was rather complicated, then moved on to questions about my personal work history and how it relates to the position. After the interview, I was contacted within a week for a second interview (4-5 people on the call). This interview went into the details of my CV, more personal challenging questions were asked about why I was a good fit. This lasted about an hour. They also asked my salary expectations. After the second interview, I was contacted by HR via phone call extending a job offer. I had one week to accept.
