I had to first do a telephone interview and afterwards was invited to a personal interview with my future boss and one from hr. I had to prepare a case study and a presentation which was for my taste quite some effort, but if you really want the job it is a good way of showing.

Good - everything was smooth and the whole process went out very well. Very professional approach towards the entire process. Recommend this company. Just be prepared technically well. Also take your past experience with you.
