First time Interviews were very calm, thorough and fairly quick. Prepare for in-depth questions regarding your previous employers and experience, job related skills, your ideal job, etc. After that interview, you will be contacted regarding any openings that fit your qualifications and needs, if you are interested, they will forward your information to the hiring manager of that company and try to schedule an interview with the company directly.
