I arrived at the Robert Half office in Metrotech for my appointment with the staffing manager. She welcomed me. We had a general conversation about my existing work situation, my previous experience, and my desired position. We also restructured my resume to be more effective in my job search.

The interview was a great experience. First the recruiter reached out and then I had an interview with the manager of the company. The interviewer questions that were fundamentals of Accounting and why I wanted this position.

It was easy and quick with simple questions. Go through your resume and experience to see if you are a good fit. Nothing too hard, the manager was very nice and patient.

The interview was great window to the company's hiring process and it went well. the expected projects were unknown and it turns out the company try to find projects based on the employees set of skills, then they market the employee under company's name.
