I actually did not apply for this role and went in to meet about another job. They said I was a great fit and asked if I was interested. After 3 rounds, they all agreed that they loved me. When they asked me for what I expected as salary and I answered, they said, it was fine and said they wanted me to go back another time to finalize on the offer. They were going to get back to me in 2 days. I did not hear from them and when I followed up, they had forgotten to get back to me. After another day, the recruiter said that they had hired someone else. I don't have a problem that they did, but they should not have said they 'loved' me so many times and even gone on to make an unofficial offer. That was unprofessional.

6-7 rounds of interviews for technical recruiter role that lasted 6 weeks. They ended up choosing a candidate that was "recommended" after 6 weeks of interviewing. Great people but interview process is very long and drawn out.

They asked about my experiences and how I was a prime candidate for the role and were urgently looking to fill the position, but the interview process went on for weeks. Great group overall. Interview process just seems excessive for a technical recruiter role.

Great interview process, very relaxed, great personalities, both of my interviews so far have been via video, they have been open and up front regarding the process, I'm not done with the interview process but so far I'm excited about what I've heard.
Fairly straightforward and conversational. A bit too many steps for not getting the job, but I think they were trying to figure out their process during the pandemic. Overall, not a negative experience.
