Great interviews with various Legs in their company. I really hit it off and got an offer 2 weeks after the initial call. After the shadowing experience I decided I would be a good fit in Thier company.

Long but good conversations and engaging. You spoke with about 5 people from different teams. Felt a bit repetitive considering they asked the same questions. Asked about background, motivations, long term career, etc.
Multiple interview process, allows for shadowing on calls during process, fair representation of the day to day work, level set expectations. I met with VP level employees during interview process
