I applied online and was contacted shortly after to come in for an interview. I was excited about the opportunity, thinking the job was a great fit for me. I had to fill out a lot of paper work once I got to the office, including a W2 (found this odd). The interview was very basic, I was asked general questions based on my resume. The interview concluded with them telling me that I would probably have to come back in for another interview with someone who wasn't in the office at that time. I got the feeling I wasn't actually being interview for the position that I applied for and was interested in. In the weeks following the company began contacting me and recruiting me for jobs they recruit for (Wells Fargo, etc.) I honestly feel like the company wasn't hiring for the position that I originally applied for, they were just looking to get people in the door that they could recruit for their outside open positions. I still get emails and phone calls from them even after telling them I was no longer interested. Also, for recruiters they don't really seem to know what they are doing. I was offered a job to handle credit card disputes, I have a background in marketing and communication. Wouldn't recommend applying for their jobs, just a scam to get you in the door.

Long and extensive, they make you go into the office and shadow (unpaid) other employees for over an hour across multiple days. They did not give any follow-up on the interview process whatsoever. Overall, very unprofessional, especially coming from the "largest staffing agency" in the USA. Do not waste your time, they do not hold any consideration for candidates. The lack of follow-up is a spit in the face, and they should improve their interview process. I am disappointed I wasted so much time/energy on these inconsiderate people.
