Very quick and easy. Met with the talent acquisition and was told immediately to come back to meet the directors of each division. Came back 3 times after that, met with more directors, managers and senior consultants (4 people, 30 minutes each day). Was told to come back for the next round a couple of hours after each meeting.
Situational question — If a candidate passes multiple interviews with the client's managers and project leaders but during the final interview with the CEO, the client is unsure about the candidate, how would you negotiate with the CEO to go with this candidate?
