The interview process was well defined and smooth. Bette Vu was my recruiter. She was a delight to work with. She was extremely prompt and supportive throughout the interview process.
My overall interview experience was excellent!
Interview Process:
1. Recruiter Call - Resume overview, Role fit, and overview of Roblox
2. Hiring Manager round - Focus on background, products I have built, and the Role.
3. On-site full loop with a presentation to a panel, followed by 8 1:1 interviews
4. Executive round - focus on culture fit and passion for company

The initial screening by HR was followed by multiple interviews that covered: case study, domain knowledge, leadership, product sense and innovation. Total interview duration approx. 6 hours spread out across a week (not including prep).
