Went through a lengthy 6 month process of 7-9 interviews only to learn headcount was not secured. The company is still in fledgling stages and does not have a robust recruiting process that makes it fair for candidates. Existing process felt arbitrary and sophomoric (no job description, too many rounds, recruiter texting, apologising etc). Somewhat an abusive process to endure.
