The process was very long, impersonal for the candidate (no interest from the company how candidate is going through the process) and not managed in the professional way. It included few interviews (Skype) and full-day in person assessment centre with pre-prepared presentation from the candidate. Feedback to the (not chosen) candidates was very late (6 weeks after final meeting), once decision was already made public and passed in unprofessional way. No detailed feedback from the assessment centre was shared inspite commitment from the company to do so and brief feedback was in contrary to the one shared during the physical meeting. The regional representatives failed twice to join the meetings. Really disappointing, had different opinion of Roche until this process.
