Initial process was fine, had to wait a bit between the initial interview and the second. However after the second interview, I was referred they would be the last step in the process but no, I've received 2 unexpected phone calls, for some tests, which I didn't know were tests. For this I've been refused, because I didn't pass these tests that I didn't know I did, which in my opinion is unfair. In a plus, how these tests have been done, was in a uncomfortable way, not really professional. If this is a interview process, I can't imagine inside how bad can be the management.
