First interview was with a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Second interview was a panel interview, which included the Hiring Manager as well as other members of the managing and executive committee.
The whole process was straightforward and quite interesting. Questions ranged from situational resolutions, up to a broad understanding of the business overall. Technical questions were detailed and thorough, be prepared to fully explain the technical aspects of the resume and other claims.
Overall, I will say that this is probably one of the more intriguing interviews where you will be asked to thoroughly explain your personal problem solving abilities, situational awareness, and technical expertise.

Caution: They do one-way interviews which is a terrible way of getting to know their candidates and does not provide a two way conversation. The whole point of an interview is to have a conversation, not recording a video of yourself answering them. I understand that they have so many candidates to go through, but a phone screen takes 10-15 mins of your time, which is about the same amount of time as you spend watching a video of candidates awkwardly answering questions. Really? This is how you gauge whether a candidate is worth of even talking to a human? Hard pass. Do better, Roche. This shows you really don’t care for your candidates and you’re missing out on quality candidates because of this horrendous interview practice.
