First had a screening interview which was 15 minutes long. This was followed by an online interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was friendly and made me feel comfortable through out the interview process.

The first interview was a video assessment. The second interview was with the lead manager, who was very nice and caring. The process felt open and thoughtful, with an emphasis on ensuring a good match for both sides. Process took very long (+5 months).

I usually always includes HR screening, panel interviews (two to four) and a seminar to the department on top of meeting with the hiring manager. The porcess can easily last 3 months.

I completed a phone interview following the initial screening call, but both interviewers asked very similar questions throughout the conversation, so I honestly could not tell which person was actually the hiring manager during the interviews.
