In my 7+ year long career - probably the most bizarre interview process I've been in. Genuinely hope this place gets their act together as I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone! I was contacted by their recruiter (not sure if I am allowed to write names here - we will call her T). She had a call with me, expressed so much interest - said I am perfect for the role. Scheduled me with the hiring team (did find it odd that she did not schedule me - but the hiring team reached out to me from their personal emails to schedule?). Had 2 calls with them. That was back in MAY 2024. It is coming up to September and after 6+ follow-up emails to both the hiring team and T, I have heard nothing. Super bizarre and very glad I did not hold off on other jobs. Hopefully they start acting a little more professional.
