I had ~4 hours interview and it was wiered experience. I did good in my side and your questions were easy. Having such an assignment for manager roles is not expected and helpful at all. The most disappointing part was that they never share any feedback after rejecting becuase of "company poilicies". It is not fair when you spend 3 rounds of interview spending more than 4 hours interview + prepreation, and not getting even a word of the reason they decided to not move forward. Companies should respect their candidates more if they claim they don't see people as "resources".
