Online application. They called me a few months ago for a location that was too far away. I asked them to keep my application on file in case something opens up closer to where I live. They called a month later asking to interview for a better location.

Their HR team reaches out and does a phone screening, than you get selected to go and interview with the management team. Pretty easy, they ask you about 10 questions.
