First an online test (logical, numerical, verbal), then invited to the next round. Case consisted of market sizing and motivational interview (describe your background, why consulting) with a senior consultant.
3 Gespräche an einem Tag. Ein Personal Fit Interview und 2 Case Interviews. Die Cases folgen dem gängigen Aufbau und variieren zwischen Candidate und Interviewer led. Insgesamt aber gut machbar
Second round is difficult. Partner interview is chill. The partner didn’t do a case. It was just a 30-minute conversation. The partner kinda tells you if you’re accepted or not
