Typical strategy consulting process: 3 rounds (with one to two interviews/cases per round), seniority of the interviewers increases at each round. Structure of the interview is generally 10-15 min fit & 40 min for the case.

Après une première sélection, j’ai été invitée à passer un test analytique en ligne. Une fois le test réussi, j’ai été contactée pour un premier entretien en visioconférence. L’échange a commencé par des questions sur mon parcours, mes motivations et mon intérêt pour Roland Berger, puis s’est poursuivi avec un case interview. L’entretien était structuré, exigeant et demandait une bonne capacité d’analyse, de structuration et de communication.
