screening call, call with IT Director of North America, and panel with IT Manager and team lead. Ghosted after the interview. I was fully qualified for this position with over 6 years of experience in web apps and a portal for a different automotive company. Not sure why they completely ghosted but they removed the position off their website about 2 weeks after interviewing me. I think they said there was going to be a 4th round in person. Not sure why it would take 4 rounds to realize if someone is fit for the role. Average interview but poor communication. The HR department needs severe help as they hire a third party team who knows nothing about RR and are of no help to the candidates.

Competency based interview in two stages. The first was more technical based whilst the second focused on behaviour and fit. All fairly standard questions. Lasted about an hour for each.
