I had two interviews, first via Teams and the second in person. The in person interview was a little intimidating as I sat across from four people, answering their question one after another.

Very basic. Almost like they knew they would not hire me for that position. Then asked if I was willing be a foreman instead. Interview never really developed into my knowledge and abilities, more of a let's just hire help because we need people.
