I applied through Linkedin. The process lasted 2 months and consisted of the following rounds 1. Introduction call 2. Coding challenge (take home assignment) 3. Technical deep dive 4. Culture fit round (meet the team) 5. Final discussion. Overall, the process was very smooth. The team was exceptionally friendly and supportive throughout. They always started conversations by making sure I felt comfortable, and they encouraged me to ask questions at every stage. During the technical deep dive, the interviewers were patient and collaborative, creating an environment where it was easy to think aloud and discuss solutions openly. One thing that stood out was the timely feedback. After each round, I received clear and prompt updates about next steps which made the experience feel transparent and respectful. I genuinely felt that my time and effort were valued.
