Extremely unprofessional. I had an interview for a senior software position set up for over a week and they canceled on my the morning of the interview. I had been preparing the entire week for the interview, focusing on topics specific for the role. Then I get a message from the third-party recruiter says they were going to focus on filling other positions before filing this role.
