OCI -> Callback -> Offer. I met with several Partners and Associates. They asked a variety of questions related to my past experiences and current education. The interview took about half the day, the followed it up with a nice lunch at the Four Seasons. Honestly, R&G would be an excellent place to work, I just had another offer I couldn't refuse. I could see myself working here one day for sure.
