Pre-interview process was pretty standard. Regional principal’s analyst called to do prescreening. Then if qualified you advance to the next step person to person interview. The interview in Houston was with the regional principal it wasn’t really an interview at all. Only questions were basically your name and small talk. It seemed more like a briefing on where she was taking the company. Never received response from company after interview. The company does not seem to have very professional HR process.
