This was the strangest interview I think I ever had. My resume was passed to their HR department and I got an email right away regarding a phone interview. The phone interview happened about a week after, and from there, I was asked to come in and meet with 4 people in the company. I was told the interview would last around 4-5 hours. The day of the interview I met with the woman from HR who first gave me the phone interview. She asked me the same exact questions she did during the phone interview. It was an odd experience because the room where the interview was held was a tiny office with nothing but a desk and a computer. There was no leg space and I could barely move. After meeting with her, I was supposed to meet with 3 others. I was sent to the lobby where I was waiting for the other three interviews, but then she comes out and says, "Unfortunately, everyone is overbooked so I'll get back to you regarding next steps." I never heard back from them, which is fine, however, I do feel they were very unorganized and inconsiderate of my time. I did not get a good vibe from that company so it was probably for the best. I got offered the position of my dreams from another company a week later, so I guess everything happens for a reason.

The process was very simple and everyone was very friendly. There were two interviews before the final decision. There was on with their HR partner and the second interview consists of 2-3 back to back interviews with members of the Sample Team. For me, my interviews were all virtual due to COVID.
