It was very straightforward and highly professional. I did not find it particularly challenging, which is likely a reflection of the position rather than the place itself. I was introduced to both women I would be reporting to and supporting individually and began this position on a temporary to permanent basis. The process definitely gave me a glimpse into the culture of the organization, which is one of working hard and being focused while at work, while still maintaining a strong work-life balance outside of the office.

One interview in person. Very nice and easy to apply for. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had one short interview and then a follow up call.
