Start by applying online or submitting resume to DM. First interview will possibly be from a Store Manager to filter. Next will be with DM, then Zone Director, then Regional Manager. After that, if approved, an offer will be made based on previous salary.

I had three separate interviews, one in person and two by phone. My first was in a store with the district manager who would be my direct supervisor and the next were with higher-up leaders in the company.

3 interviews, one interview with a DM which was very direct and they were transparent on what kind of store I was getting into. then zone director which is the DMs boss which was more about my goals and how they can help me achieve them,and after that the VP of the region which was their boss. I think Once you get DM approved you are good
