I applied online on a Thursday and received a call on Monday. I missed the call and there was no voicemail left. I called the number back and realized it was the store I applied for so I let them know someone had called me from this number but didn’t leave a message but I recently applied there. They connected me to the store manager who said they had called to see if I would come in for an interview. We scheduled a interview for that Thursday in the evening. I came a little early and let the loss prevention person know I was there for an interview who got the manager for me. She was very nice. Told me about the store and company She asked me about my availability and let me know that part time people could get 10 to 25 hours a week. The lower side was for newer people starting off and they would get more hours as they became more experienced. She asked me about my job experience and then asked 3 behavioral questions. “Tell me about a time when” etc. After the questions she offered me the job on the spot and I accepted. She said I would get an email to consent to a background check and that she would probably get it back on Monday if I submitted it today. She would then call me to schedule my orientation which be sometime mid week.
