I received a phone call for an interview & when I got there, I found out it was a "group" interview. Our interviewer was more than 25 minutes late & he spent most of the interview speaking Spanish because everyone but another girl & myself were Hispanic. He was very rude towards that girl and I, which gave off the vibe that he was extremely bias considering everyone working at that Ross were also Hispanic + including himself. He brought us to the back of the store and spoke to us as a group and then interviewed us individually one at a time in front of each other. I was the only one with retail experience and he didn't even bother to ask me more than a couple questions that were irrelevant to the job and it was the most unprofessional interview I have ever been to. I felt uncomfortable the whole entire time and I only applied there because I was looking for a second job.
