The manager at the store I applied to interviewed me. The interview went really well and was not that long. The manager asked straightforward and simple interview questions. As long as you know how to articulate your words, you're fine.
Over the phone interview. Wasn't the most intense and was sort of lackadaisical. Didn't get a full idea of the job position until my first day on the job. Didn't get to meet the store manager until 2 weeks in.

Why I want to work at Ross and if I had open availability.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Ross Stores (Decatur, GA) nel mese di ago 2016
Colloquio
The hiring process took about a month but the interview process took only a week. I applied in July 2016 and got a call back for an interview in August. The interview was pretty basic with the assistant manager and lasted about 30 minutes, with them asking typical interview questions. He didn't really try to get to know me, only how available I could be. I got a call back a week later and was offered the position. The background check took a few weeks though so I couldn't begin working right away.
